<\/span>How to ask for a refund on a Silver Singles subscription?<\/span><\/h2>\nAs an existing Silver Singles Premium member, you may cancel your Membership at any time.<\/p>\n
To receive a full refund, don’t hesitate to get in touch with customer service and include the following information:<\/p>\n
\n- Your billing details including name and address.<\/li>\n
- The date on which you canceled your subscription. Yours is reflected online in ActionPlus; however, if you didn’t maintain a full log of all dates that you accessed our website for reading content, please provide your dates for cancellation as well.<\/li>\n
- A brief explanation of why you should receive a full refund for our Premium membership fees (if applicable). Please be detailed in your explanation to address any concerns with the credit company and PayPal.<\/li>\n
- A complete log of all dates you accessed the Silver Singles website for reading content and a statement that you still have access to the Silver Singles website. This can be done by visiting your account settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Whether or not you would like the credit card company to process a refund for your outstanding balance and other accompanying fees (e.g., PayPal chargeback fees).<\/p>\n
Some credit cards require an email address to request a refund, so please include an email address in your request and any information that may help us verify your identity. 9 times out of 10, we can respond with an immediate response that includes any necessary instructions.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Can’t cancel a Silver Singles subscription<\/span><\/h2>\nYou can only cancel your SilverSingles Premium membership by logging in to your account. We do not accept cancellations by phone, email, or fax.<\/p>\n
If you’re trying to cancel a subscription and there’s a balance due on your credit card, we can only process the payment as long as we have an active Premium membership in your account. Please note that you won’t be charged if we don’t have access to your account.<\/p>\n
And remember – you only receive a full refund if you cancel within 12 months of the billing date. After cancellation, a single charge is applied directly to the credit card used on signup, so please check all receipts for any pending charges before making any payments for a canceled membership.<\/p>\n
